  • 8 oz Fettuccine or Linguine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or cashew cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes

Preparation Steps

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over low heat until fragrant and golden.
  3. Whisk in the cream and Parmesan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and reserved water. Toss until the sauce coats every strand.
